Transparency on Taxes:

All prices listed on our price list include VAT unless otherwise stated. We aim to provide complete transparency regarding the total costs of our products to avoid confusion among our customers.

Additional Charges:

In addition to the listed price of our artworks, there may be additional charges such as shipping costs or administrative fees. These extra costs will be clearly stated alongside the price of the respective artwork, ensuring that our customers are fully aware of the total costs.

Terms and Policies:

It is important for our customers to be informed about our policies regarding prices, taxes, and other matters. Any terms regarding refunds, cancellations, or changes in price will be clearly communicated to our customers. By using our services and purchasing our products, customers automatically agree to our terms and policies.

Ordering Process and Payment Terms:

When placing an order, the customer is required to select the payment method and fulfill any required deposits. Payment terms will be specified during the ordering process. Non-compliance with these terms may result in order cancellation and/or additional charges.

Delivery Terms:

Expected delivery times will be communicated upon placing the order. The gallery will make every effort to adhere to the estimated delivery times. However, it may happen that the delivery of artworks is affected by factors beyond our control, such as production or shipping delays. In such cases, the gallery will promptly inform the customer about any delays and work together to find a suitable solution.

Responsibility for Shipping Costs and Customs Fees:

The responsibility for shipping costs and any customs fees for international shipments is determined according to applicable international trade laws. The gallery will inform the customer in advance about any additional costs applicable to international shipments and will collaborate with the customer to facilitate customs procedures as smoothly as possible.

Delivery after Exhibition:

Artworks are primarily released after the exhibition date. This allows the gallery to exhibit the artworks as planned and ensure the quality of the exhibition. However, in some cases, it may be desirable to release artworks earlier, for example, for special occasions or at the customer's request. Such early release may occur by mutual agreement between the gallery and the customer. Any special terms or agreements regarding early release will be clearly communicated and documented in writing between both parties.

ID Card Requirement for Purchases of €3,000 or More:

In accordance with Belgian legislation on anti-money laundering practices and the financing of terrorism, the gallery reserves the right to request a copy of the buyer's identity card for purchases of artworks amounting to €3,000 or more. This measure is intended to comply with legal obligations regarding identification and reporting of suspicious transactions. Customers are requested to provide a valid identity document when purchasing artworks for this amount. The gallery reserves the right to refuse transactions if this requirement is not met.

Privacy Policy:

Customer data is collected and processed in accordance with the gallery's privacy policy. Customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data. Requests regarding personal data can be submitted via email or letter.

Limitation of Public Sales:

For the protection of the artist's market, it is proposed that the artwork not be sold on the public market for a period of 5 years.

Involvement of the Gallery:

In the event of a possible sale within this period, the gallery must be involved. The gallery will act as an intermediary to represent the interests of both the artist and the customer.

Prior Contact with the Gallery:

If the artwork is sold within this period, the gallery must be contacted in advance. This allows the gallery to coordinate the sale and ensure that the transaction is in line with the artist's interests.

Written Agreements:

All agreements regarding the sale of artworks within this period will be documented in writing between the gallery, the artist, and the customer. These agreements include the terms of the sale, payment terms, and the responsibilities of all parties involved.

Enforcement of Rights:

The gallery reserves the right to take legal action to enforce the artist's sales rights, including but not limited to claiming compensation for infringement of these rights.
